Tipping The Scales Update Feb 22, 2012

Well we are almost at our midway point for our Tipping the Scales program and I am very pleased to say that we have a combined weight loss of 237 pounds.  Absolutely wonderful.  It seems that everyone is determined to get the weight off --- for many reasons ---- a vacation coming up, medical reasons, wanting to feel better, or just want to live a better lifestyle.  Whatever the reason, it seems to be working.  Whether they are coming in to work out in our workout area on cardio equipment and weights, or going to any of our various Fitness classes, you can feel the motivation driving everyone to a better lifestyle.

Next week is the midway point and we will be measuring along with the weigh in. This is where you get most of the surprises as many people don't realize that although they may not have lost a lot of weight, the inches have melted away.  So it's going to be great to watch the expressions of everyone as they see how much progress they have really made.

Because it takes a longer period of time to weigh and measure, we will be starting at 6 pm instead of the regular time of 7 pm.  See you there!

So let's keep the motivation going and see how much further we can go.  Enjoy your week and see you next Tuesday!
