CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Zumba
Hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves combined to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!! Designed for individuals of all fitness levels who are looking for something different and enjoy dancing.
Zumba Plus!!
Designed for all fitness levels. Same as regular Zumba combined with a strength and endurance component at the end.
Family Zumba
This fun filled class is designed to allow the entire family to get active and have fun while doing it. Family Zumba will get you and your little ones moving to some very different but fun tunes.
Zumba Gold Plus
This class is a modified, slower paced Zumba Class with a resistance component at the end and is intended for the Active Older Adult, 'new-to Zumba' individuals and pre and post-natal women. Perfect for all fitness levels and so much fun!
Circuit
Circuit is a class suited to all fitness levels. This class consists of a series of strength and aerobic exercises set up in stations where you work independently at your own pace. Also the instructor shows how to modify the exercises to fit each person (harder or easier exercises).
Gentle Gym
Designed especially for our active older adult participants. Also great for people who are just starting to workout. This class includes a bit of everything for your body to help improve strength, balance and flexibility and to help energize you for the day.
Muscles Plus
This class is designed to improve core strength, balance and flexibility, with a blend of aerobic workout with resistance training.
Step
If you enjoy basic step combinations and patterns this aerobic workout, complemented by a strength and conditioning component is just for you!
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
H.I.I.T. is an exercise strategy that is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise which is beneficial to burning fat in a short and intense workout.
Toning
A class fit for anyone, where you can work at your own pace. A combination of upper body and lower body strength training exercises which will make you sweat and help you tone your body.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Great for all ages!
Yoga
This class is great for all ages and all skill levels. Yoga helps to increase flexibility, enhance muscle definition, endurance, and mental clarity.
Cardio Kickboxing
This class combines aerobics, boxing and martial arts and is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. Great for all fitness levels.
